Refund & Return Policy

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, please note that all handloom sarees and lehengas sold on Silk Tatva are made-to-order and individually sourced from artisan weavers specifically for your order. As such, these products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is custom-sourced and non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video (continuous, without pauses or cuts) showing the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you for verified defective items.
All Other Customers We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the customer is liable for all shipping charges — both to and from our warehouse — unless the item is confirmed damaged or defective upon our inspection.
