You agree that the Company may appoint any third party service provider, including but not restricted to one or more of the Company’s affiliate to provide backend operations and support as instructed by the Company from time to time including but not limited to collection, processing and remittance of the Transaction Price using the existing authorized banking infrastructure to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment including but not limited to the Logistics Partner.
The Customers are advised to shop and use the products only through our registered domain www.silktatva.com, as we don’t sell our products through any other website or online portal. We shall not be liable in any way to any person for buying our products or similar products under the name “Silk Tatva” from any other online store.
For customers within India, the prices stated for the products are inclusive of GST and shipping charges, (please refer to our shipping policy). The customer can make the payment by either ways – (i) online payment using net banking, debit/credit cards through our payment gateway partners
**For this purpose we may enter into agreements with third party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund and remittance and to facilitate payment or (ii) a direct payment to us via bank transfer/NEFT.
